Behind CULTURE FORM.bike is a specialized core team of four experienced designers with deep roots in the bike industry. We combine technical understanding with design excellence – and share a common passion for two-wheelers that do more than just ride well: they must inspire, stand out, and express brand identity with precision.
The team is led by Juri Giese, who brings a wealth of experience from numerous successful projects in the international bicycle market. We’re complemented by a network of nine additional design professionals who contribute cross-industry perspectives from automotive, consumer electronics, and lifestyle products – bringing fresh ideas without losing sight of what truly matters.

Peiqi is a designer in the Bike Unit with a special focus on visual communication and user experience. With a keen sense of colour, form and digital interfaces, she supports the development of products that are not only functionally convincing, but also visually inspiring.
Armin is an experienced industrial designer in the Bike Unit at CULTURE FORM and brings extensive expertise in conceptual design and the development of innovative mobility products. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of materials and functionality, he drives new product ideas from the initial concept all the way to production readiness.
Max is a strategic design specialist within the Bike Unit, combining creative vision with a market-oriented mindset. His focus lies in developing holistic brand and product experiences that meet the demands of modern mobility while maintaining a strong aesthetic ambition.
Juri works as an industrial designer in the Bike Unit, representing an interdisciplinary approach that puts user-centered design and form at the forefront. He brings fresh perspectives to design processes and develops solutions that intelligently combine engineering and aesthetics.
